Where Do You Tap On Your Body?

Did you know that your body is always communicating what emotions & issues it is that you need to work on? Without even knowing, we are drawn to EFT points in times of stress, anxiety etc and most of us don't even realise.

If we paid attention to what points we are being drawn to, we would be able to identify the issues that we have to process in those moments. Imagine.. releasing triggers that you didn't know were in your subconscious, releasing emotions that no longer serve you and have been holding on for years! In this video, I will go through a brief overview of what EFT points relate to different emotions & energy meridians in our body.
