Stage One: THE FOUNDATIONS

In this foundational stage, you'll gain clarity on your vision, values, and purpose. By connecting deeply with your future self and understanding your core motivations, you'll build a solid foundation for the rest of your journey enabling you to identify what is still aligned for you, and what is no longer serving you along as you become the Embodied Entrepreneur.

Stage Two: THE SELF-BELIEF

In this stage, we'll dismantle the self-doubt and imposter syndrome that holds you back. By identifying limiting beliefs and stories coupled with powerful healing modalities, you'll build unshakeable confidence in your abilities. Discover your unique strengths and position yourself as the authority in your field

Stage Three: THE UNBECOMING

In this critical stage, we'll challenge your existing beliefs and behaviors to create space for new possibilities. We’ll also identify what you are doing now that no longer serves you, and the behaviours that you need to shed in order to become a successful entrepreneur. You’ll be guided through building resilience and challenging the norm to overstep the burnout, overwhelm and stress that many people experience on their business journey.

Stage Four: THE ABUNDANCE

In this module, you’ll have the opportunity to rewrite your narrative on money, time and expectations with an abundant and magnetic mindset underpinning every action you take. We'll explore holistic approaches to optimize your energy and productivity, allowing you to achieve more with less effort.

We will be creating space both internally and externally so that you can achieve those expansive goals, while feeling comfortable in doing so. 

Stage Five: THE ACTIVATION

The final stage where it all comes together, with the tools and strategies to activate the embodied you. We delve into the power of self awareness as you learn to know and trust your body - navigating fear and understanding whether it is a block, a belief or a firm no from your body, and better understanding the interplay between your mind, body and emotions. You'll learn to prioritise you as the human behind the business before entering the final step; a powerful activation process where you'll embody your entrepreneurial identity.
