Jessica Read is an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Life Coach, Holistic Counsellor and Meditation Therapist who works with women experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, burnout and trauma. Jessica is on a mission to educate women on the effects of stress in their body and teach stress prevention self-care for long term health and wellness.
